Hanbury Hall and Gardens
The spectacular Sunken Parterre has been recreated using George London’s original plans and contemporary archives. The beds are bordered by box hedging and filled with hundreds of bulbs and bedding plants including Sweet Williams, Calendulas, Marigolds and Snapdragons.
Explore the Wilderness near the house, the Orchard and the Fruit Garden with its pair of trellis pavilions.
Don’t miss the Orangery and the nearby Mushroom House.
Walk through the park and discover the ice house, black poplars and London’s Semi-Circle.
